RoyaltyStatistics is a brand of RoyaltyStat LLC.

What for?

We collect, store, and process personal information for various purposes. The main purpose is to provide our services to our clients and to run our business.

We offer an online database of royalty rates extracted from licence agreements, enabling subscribers to calculate statistical (such as interquartile) data ranges of selected royalty rates, make contractual terms adjustments, and perform regression analyses to benchmark inter-group transactions.

We’ll only use your information with your consent and/or where we are allowed to under the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter:"GDPR") and other data protection regulations.

As a client we use the data to manage our relationship and to meet our contractual obligations to you. We’ll use your information to understand you better, so that we can provide you with more relevant information or more relevant services and to improve our services offering you services from RoyaltyStat LLC or third parties that we believe may benefit you, unless you ask us not to. We’ll only use your information where we’re allowed to by law.
